Biography

Callie Rector is a class of 2023 senior at Wakefield School in The Plains, Virginia. Following her graduation, she will be attending Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. She will study ballet as part of the John V. Roach Honors College and School for Classical and Contemporary Dance. She will continue her studies of religion, philosophy, and science through her college years and beyond.

 

In an effort to examine her beliefs, Rector dove deep into the study of modern science and religion to reconcile the two opposites. Her studies have strengthened her former beliefs while also unlocking to her a new perspective on the world.
